Mobile application
A business center resident or an office worker reserves a workplace via a mobile application with an interval of 15 minutes to several days. They confirm using a workspace through a QR code on the desktop or a special BLE/NFC module. The annulment of the reservation does not need confirmation. It is possible to find employees with the help of their reserved workplaces.
WEB PORTAL - WEB TERMINAL
The functionality of workplace reservation for employees and residents without mobile applications. Administration of the reservation module and setting up algorithms for reservation of vacant workplaces. There are available workplaces in a specific office area or for workgroups, cost of workplace reservation, the ability to reserve a workplace only from the office perimeter It is an open API for integration with the client portal.
