Enhancement of ACS capabilities
The widespread use of mobile phones in various spheres of life has led to changes even in such a conservative area as ACS (Access Control Systems). Access control system manufacturers offer NFC and BLE readers. For example, HID has released universal readers that support HID Mobile Access. Integration of the reader takes place via the Wiegand interface. Merusoft Smart office integrates with any ACS systems using an open API. When a new mobile identifier is issued, it should be registered in ACS. We are ready to take the task of end-to-end automation process performance from a user pass issuing to registering it in the current access system. The only limitation for the Merusoft developers is administrative barriers arranged by the security departments.
Smart Office Mobile App Is Compatible with HID Mobile Access
The smartphone becomes a pass for the ACS system through virtual Mobile-ID. Available mobile access functions are integrated into Smart Office. Clients get the all-in-one application with access to the Smart Office functionality. Only employees of a business center or corporate premise can get a pass - a mobile ID. Mobile ID release takes a few seconds. The virtual ID downloaded to the user's smartphone will be active until the application is removed or reinstalled by the user. It also can be blocked on the server by the administrator. Both Android and iOS platforms are supported. Temporary pass issuing is available. A mobile pass can be blocked at any time. This solution together with indoor positioning options will improve the security of your office and to control the flow of visitors
