Independence from someone else's Exchange. MS Exchange, Google and Yandex can be connected when needed.

Different tenant companies are separated: own rights, bookings and limits. The MC sees everything.

Meeting rooms are part of the tenant service. They connect to the BC tenant portal and the Merusoft IWMS platform.

Frequently asked questions

How is room access organized?

Access by QR from the Merusoft app, an access card, biometrics or a PIN. We integrate with existing access-control systems and smart locks. This is the optimal mode for business centers and coworkings.

Is MS Exchange required?

No. For business centers and coworkings we recommend the built-in Merusoft calendar — it gives independence and multi-tenancy. MS Exchange, Google and Yandex can be connected when needed.

Can meeting rooms be monetized?

Yes. Paid meeting rooms, tenant tariffs, accounting and export are supported. Integrated with the tenant portal and the Merusoft IWMS platform.

How does multi-tenancy work?
