In a corporate office, lockers are a service for employees: personal storage, handing items over, receiving deliveries. The system is modular: the four parts work together but are bought separately. You have cabinets — we add locks and software. You have locks — we connect them to our system. You have nothing — we supply and install everything turnkey.
Cabinets with lockers in several sizes and container-type storage modules of 2–5 m², 2–3 m high. Or the furniture you already have.
Wireless locks go onto locker doors with no cabling. Wired motor locks go onto storage-room doors and heavy-duty modules.
The Merusoft controller drives a group of locks and works offline. The tablet by the cabinet shows the locker map and opens by card, QR or PIN.

Smart Locker runs on its own: a standalone module with its own rules, access and reports. When you need more, the other modules of Merusoft IWMS / SmartOffice plug into it — desk and room booking, passes, parking, billing. One employee directory, one badge, one app: there is no need to pay for the whole platform up front.
Yes. We deliver the complete system, but if you already have cabinets or locks we connect them to ours. Most often the client keeps the furniture and we add locks, a controller, a tablet and the software.
No. Wireless locks mount onto existing furniture with no cabling. New cabinets are only needed if there are physically too few lockers, or if storage modules are required.
The controller and the tablet keep working offline: card and PIN access continues, events are stored locally and sync once the connection is back.
