The employee sends a request to a guest (his name, passport data).

Functions of the Smart Office server
Guest registration in the system. Security check in the external systems. Automatic confirmation of the request, or manual data processing in AWS by a security officer. Issue of the mobile ID.
INTEGRATION WITH OTHER {API} AND {SDK} SYSTEMS
The complete operation of the automatic pass registration module is possible via integration with the diagnostics monitoring and control system. After the guest registration, the data on the invited individual has to appear in the diagnostics monitoring and control system. Also, the temporary mobile ID issued by the automated system has to be assigned to the user. When the guest’s visit is completed, all the collected data must be archived, and the temporary mobile ID should be blocked. We developed an API for the Smart Office. It operates with a diagnostics monitoring and control system to execute all business processes for issuing guest entry-passes.
