The server does not require a cloud or internet connection. You need only a Merusoft Biometrics server for the operation of the temperature check terminals with a built-in diagnostics monitoring and control system. The client application on the terminal is controlled by the API. It is easy to organize a single issue of a pass card in the form of a QR code to a specific terminal. This card will be valid for 20 minutes. The terminal will receive an update of the access data within a few seconds. All data is transmitted over an HTTPS connection and stored encrypted using the AES-128 algorithm. You can set up notifications via SMS or e-mail in case of an unauthorized access attempt using a stranger’s card. If the person with elevated body temperature enters the room, the notification will be sent to the mobile phone or email.
The operation of the Merusoft Biometrics module is possible only with a temperature measurement terminal with a built-in control access card reader, connection to the control access pass-through system, or the control access controller via Wiegand interface connection. The Biometrics server is installed on a virtual machine or computer.
