Mobile Application
The user of the Smart Office application reserves the locker and controls the electronic lock by himself. The reservation algorithm of our system distributes the lockers between employees and guests.
Tablet computer for reservation of office lockers
The Android tablet should be installed stationary in the area of the lockers for personal things with electronic locks. Users without smartphones can reserve a locker and open it. No matter if this locker was locked by the user’s smartphone. Access to the lock is allowed with a special password. The application also provides an administrator mode.
WEB СЕРВЕР SMART OFFICE
The server manages the tech behavior operation of the locks. It counts the locks reserved to the user, checks, and processes session keys. Only the owner of the locker can open it due to the special-purpose algorithm of this server. We use AES-128 encryption for data exchange and a key change procedure with scan protection. We have developed an open API to work with external systems.
Integration with other {API} systems and {SDK}
There are open software interfaces in our module for electronic lock management. We offer an API to integrate the functionality into the client portal. We have developed an SDK package for use with the mobile application. The API and SDK require Microsoft Smart Office. It runs from the cloud or you can install it on the client’s infrastructure as a Stand-Alone system.
