Tenant requests (cleaning, engineering, access passes, IT support, additional services) land in the same queue as internal facility work, with an SLA and working hours per request type, escalation to the head of the service on breach, and a full history that answers who delayed what and which contractor is systematically late. Because the module sits inside IWMS, chargeable services from requests flow into the tenant's mutual settlements together with rent and other services, and the tenant sees the request status in the tenant portal.
